Configuring Personas
Activate, adjust, and manage your AI trading strategies.
Activating and Deactivating Personas
To activate a persona:
- Navigate to Settings → Personas
- Browse the available personas and tap the one you want
- Tap Activate
- Choose your operating mode (Assisted or Autonomous) and set your limits
- The persona starts working immediately, analyzing markets based on its strategy
To deactivate, go to the same screen and tap Deactivate. The persona stops immediately. Any pending suggestions are cleared. Any open positions the persona created remain in your portfolio — deactivating a persona does not sell your holdings.
Setting Daily Limits
Each persona has a daily spending limit that caps how much it can trade per day. This applies to both assisted and autonomous modes.
For example, if you set the Elon persona's daily limit to $500, it will not suggest or execute trades exceeding a total of $500 in a single day. Once the limit is reached, the persona pauses until the next day.
Daily limits are per persona. If you have two personas active with $500 limits each, the combined maximum is $1,000 per day.
Your daily limit cannot exceed your tier's maximum daily notional ($1,000 for Free, $5,000 for Pro, $25,000 for Premium).
Adjusting Risk Parameters
Beyond daily limits, you can fine-tune each persona's behavior:
- Maximum position per asset — The maximum percentage of your portfolio that a single asset can represent. Default is 25%. This prevents over-concentration.
- Maximum trade size — The largest single trade the persona can make. Useful for limiting exposure on any individual trade.
- Allowed assets — Restrict which assets the persona can trade. For example, you might allow the Buffett persona to trade only xAAPL and xMSFT (large, stable companies).
These parameters are set in the persona configuration screen under Settings. Changes take effect immediately.
Running Multiple Personas at Once
You can have multiple personas active simultaneously. Each persona operates independently with its own limits and strategy. This lets you diversify across different trading approaches.
For example, you might run the Buffett persona with a $200 daily limit for conservative, long-term positions, while also running the AI Momentum persona with a $100 daily limit for shorter-term quantitative trades.
Persona availability by tier
- Free: 1 basic persona (assisted mode only)
